To schedule a visit, log into your Epiq MD account and click the "Talk to a Doctor" button on the home page of your account portal. You will be asked a series of questions related to the reason for your visit similar to the forms you would fill out at a doctor's office.

Are your medical professionals available in Spanish?

Yes, we provide a full bilingual experience that allows Spanish speakers to use all of Epiq MD services.

Do I need insurance to use Epiq MD?

You don't need insurance to use the Epiq MD platform. With your monthly plan, you can access all our services in your account portal.

Do I have to pay each time I use a service?

No! You get unlimited access to all our core telemedicine services for one monthly payment. You have the option to add standalone services like Epiq Paws and Epiq LUX to your account.

Who are the Epiq MD doctors?

Epiq MD's telemedicine services are provided by a network of U.S. board-certified medical professionals capable of handling most non-emergency situations and providing consistent, quality care.

How does Epiq MD protect my privacy ?

Epiq MD complies with all relevant state, national, and international laws and regulations, including the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, known as HIPAA. Unless permitted or required by law, your medical information will never be shared without your consent. On occasion, we may use de-identified information to help improve our clinical programs.
